All of our Project: Zero Landfill luggage is carefully inspected and tested to ensure that it is in good condition and functioning properly.

What is your return / exchange policy?

All Project Zero Landfill sales are final.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit my needs?

How is shipping handled?

Shipping is handled by UPS in the US and Canada Post within Canada. It will typically take 5-7 days to arrive. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
