Solgaard’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in Solgaard luggage under normal use, including functional issues with wheels, handles, locking mechanisms, closure clasps, zippers, the outer shell, and missing rivets or screws.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, airline damage, accidental damage, lockouts, misuse, overpacking, excessive weight, commercial or rental use, or damage that does not affect the function of the luggage.

To start a luggage warranty claim, you’ll need your Solgaard order number and the email address used at checkout. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, valid proof of purchase is required.

If your luggage is damaged during travel, please contact the airline or travel carrier first. We recommend filing a claim as soon as possible, ideally before leaving the airport. Solgaard’s 30-day trial allows you to return eligible luggage within 30 days of receiving your order if it is not the right fit for your travels.

The 30-day return period starts on the day your order is delivered. Return shipping costs, currency conversion fees, duties, taxes, or other return-related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
