The Solar Boombox Quick Start Guide
Charging the Solar Juicepack
- Use the included cable and charge from a wall outlet.
Device charging via USB
- Connect the device and press the power button once to activate charging.
- Compatible devices: mobile phones, earphones, smartwatches, tablets and similar devices.
How to Check Battery Level and Solar Charging Strength
- Press power button once
- Status LEDs will indicate battery level in white color.
Each light diode indicates 25% charge. E.g., 3 lights = 75% charge
- Status LEDs will change to green and display strength of solar charging (if present). To increase efficiency, move the Solar Boombox into more direct light and perform a new reading.
Bluetooth Connect to a music player (1st time)
- Hold main power button until start-up chime is heard
- Boombox will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode and main power button will rapidly blink white
- Select “Solgaard Boombox” from the music player Bluetooth menu
- Bluetooth Connection chime will sound when devices are connected
- Press play on the music player
