Solgaard’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in Solgaard luggage under normal use, including functional issues with wheels, handles, locking mechanisms, closure clasps, zippers, the outer shell, and missing rivets or screws.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, airline damage, accidental damage, lockouts, misuse, overpacking, excessive weight, commercial or rental use, or damage that does not affect the function of the luggage.
To start a luggage warranty claim, you’ll need your Solgaard order number and the email address used at checkout. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, valid proof of purchase is required.
