Shelving System How to operate
To operate the shelving system, pack with the shelf fully extended at home.
1) Open the suitcase door 90 degrees. Clip together both hanging latches to keep suitcase from extending further than 90 degrees.
2) Lift the shelf up and hang from the suitcase handle.
3) Pack each shelf to 60-70% full.
4) To close, lower the shelf into the suitcase, compress into place, and close the suitcase. Use the compression straps if you're packing in a lot of bulky items.
When you arrive at your destination, simply reverse these steps to unpack!

It's a nice suitcase, it's just not optimal for me, I could only use one side otherwise it wouldn't close. I didn't stuff it, the compression strap just doesn't help it lay flat. I will be returning it.
United StatesI travel A LOT, I was always a monos girly until I saw this brand. I did a lot of research, watched tons of reviews online and finally but the bullet. My first trip using the luggage was as a carry on, immediately at the airport I noticed the wheels catching, making it almost impossible to wheel around the airport when I got to my destination I looked at the wheels and three of them were wobbly. I contacted Solgaard, they wanted photos, so I gave them photos and videos. They offered to send me one replaced. I had to send them more videos showing three wheels were wobbly. They then sent me 4 replacements wheels. These were EXTREMELY difficult to replace. I would NEVER buy anymore luggage from this company, the customer service wasn’t that helpful and my FIRST travel my luggage was already unserviceable. They did not offer a replacement luggage. Also the luggage has a tag that says designed in the USA but made in China. I am sticking back to Monos.
